Hi there – Hugh Munro, dirtbag recruiter here. Actually I’m a decent guy, but I sense some scepticism towards my kind in your writing. Not to worry – I still want to talk to you about a job opportunity. Besides – I found your resume on Monster so it seems you want to know about opportunities.
Question is, for the right opportunity and money, would you be interested in moving the Wife and two sons to either Edmonton or Toronto.
I’ll show you mine (the job opportunity) if you show me yours (your full resume).
Lets talk!

Hmm. Just read more deeply. You changed jobs recently. Maybe not the best time. Let me know.
March 12th, 2007 at 7:50 pmHi Sean,
This is related to a post you made in 2005:

Very useful stuff. Just wanted to point out that the “map” example you provide is destructive, it modifies @array. Probably a useful thing to mention. Couldn’t find a way to comment there.
@out = map { s/foo/bar/; $_ } @array;
Ex: perl -e ‘@a=(1,2,3,4,5);@b=map {s/(\d)/$1+1/e;$_} @a; print @a’
results in
23456
Thanks!
December 6th, 2007 at 5:39 pmHey Sean…
will your emulator simulate IVR capabilities of an IOS…specifically the ability to run TCL scripts and VXML files?
thanks,
Matt
December 18th, 2008 at 2:33 pmHi there, I was wondering if you know where I could find the uBR924 firmware?
February 26th, 2009 at 8:39 amHi Sean,
I watched your VoIP Wireshark video, it was awesome.
You mentioned software name Smoke-? I could not understand the name and the software utility looks very good, can you pass this onto me?
Thanks,

Are you going to Sharkfest 2010 this year?
March 2nd, 2010 at 11:28 pmYes, I’ll be there giving another talk on VoIP and Wireshark.
March 3rd, 2010 at 9:53 amHi Sean,
I just stumbled upon your presentation for Sharkfest 2010 and I was wondering if there are any chances that you might share the traces that you used during the demo session ? I’m pretty sure it would be beneficial for VoIP newbies like myself.
Thanks

February 7th, 2011 at 7:29 pmSean: Seems like you did some stuff with dynagen at one time. I need some help with some code Greg A. from that project wrote a few years ago. Any idea where I can write to him? He seems to have dropped off the face of the interweb.
